Service and contact
Palito offers shared counters, public or private groups, chats, friendships and statistics. Contact: support@palitoapp.com. These terms describe the test version; they do not replace the legal identification required for public launch.
Account and entries
Use an email you can access, protect your password and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for actions and content you submit through your account. Counters contain user-reported entries: they do not prove an activity occurred or constitute medical advice.
Community rules
Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, spam, others’ private data without authorization or content infringing third-party rights. Creators can configure admission and rules, appoint administrators and moderate messages and members. Removal allows a new access request; a ban prevents rejoining while active.
Content and moderation
You retain your rights to shared content. You allow its storage, processing and display only as needed for the features and recipients you choose. This does not authorize use of your photos in advertising. To report unlawful content or appeal a decision, write to support@palitoapp.com with the group, message and reason; avoid unnecessary personal data.
Leaving, transfers and deletion
You can leave groups and delete your account in settings. Owners must first transfer groups with other members. A transfer requires confirmation and makes the former owner a member. Account deletion is irreversible and removes your images, including those used in transferred groups.
Price and availability
Palito is free. Remove ads is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, with a planned Spanish price of €1.99. The available price is obtained from Apple and shown before confirmation. Purchase is offered only when Apple returns the product. TestFlight uses Apple’s test environment without charges. Restore using the same Apple Account; deleting your Palito account does not refund an Apple purchase. Request refunds from Apple under its terms and applicable legal rights. The test version may have interruptions. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
